Cbeyond's back up worked just as my sales rep said it would, and I was able to retrieve the information quick and easy. My sales rep even went above and beyond what was expected of him, and came back to help my office manager set up our web site.. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend Cbeyond to anyone who wants to do business with a company that does what they say they are going to do. GOOD JOB!!! I have had major problems with every vendor I have had including AT&T in the past 8 years.
